My services, in this relationship, are tailored to advocating for the Owner, utilizing my construction expertise. With Kane's leadership, I help create project team synergy. Typically the Owner contracts directly with various members of the project team, while Kane advises on all matters, from conceptual estimating and feasibility analysis through project close-out.
